Hating on housework
Apr. 22nd, 2009 09:53 pmPeople who've visited us know that we live a cluttered existence. That's because there are too darn many cool things in the world and not enough space to keep it all.

orenda33. *waves* Everyone has one task that they utterly hate, and mine is scrubbing the downstairs bathroom tub. It's deep and cast iron, but not cool and claw-footed. I'm short and chubby, and this task requires me to hang over the edge like a demented fruit bat, scrubbing with a hand brush. As a result, I end up sweaty and out of breath.
Haaaaate it. Like in I'd almost rather have a cootch-ectomy level of hate.
Love my friends though, and want them to be comfy in my home. So I scrub. *siiiiiigh*
