Getting political and General Life Update

Having made it through the rest of the week without catching fire, I'm looking forward to next weekend, and thought I'd post a little content.

I had a great start to my morning though, because a friend posted up this sign that change (that much abused word, of late) *is* coming, slow and steady like a freight train, despite what the far right would like us to believe. As demonstrated by the wonderful counter demonstration that appeared in the quiet, conservative state of Kansas, against the Westboro church. It makes me happy to think that people are finally battling against the real sin of "hate" rather than flailing about in fear and ignorance.
