Life's lessons never really stop.

Another day of "firsts", as I rolled out of bed this morning with a full-on titre migraine, which typically last 2-3 days. It's been quite a while since I had one of this magnitude, and I had hoped that 4 Advil and a small bowl of granola would help. No dice. Six hours later, and I was hurting worse than when I woke.

Lesson learned: No more Vicodan for me.
Bonus: It did both break the migraine, and keep it away.
